Pursuant to a duty made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 16, 2013, this Executive Session was called
to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Village Board was advised that the owners of certain property at the corner of Devon Avenue
and Ridge Avenue expressed willingness to lower their asking price. The Village appraisal of the
property was $200,000. No action was taken.
The meeting adjourned at 5:07 p.m.
