Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 16, 2013, this Executive Session was called
to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

• Land Acquisition
The Village Board was advised that the Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit and the Village are
working on the agreement for the purchase of a portion of their property. The Church has
expressed opposition to a large building being built at this location, should the Village acquire the
parcel.
The meeting adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
