Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on August 2 22013, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Board was advised that Cable Coordinator Ross Rowe would be attending the NATOA
conference in Florida from September 16 to September 19. The Board was also advised that due
to Ross being on the Board of Directors, the Village would be reimbursed a portion of his travel
expenditures by the Illinois Chapter of NATOA.
