of the Village President and Board of Trustees on August 20, 2013, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Litigation matter.

Litigation
The Village Board was provided an update to the ongoing Village litigation pertaining to the in-
home occupation for dog breeders, Cindy and Kent Weik. A status hearing on a civil case is set
for September 4, 2013.
