of the Village President and Board of Trustees on November 19. 2013, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Village Board was advised of a revised real estate agreement between the Village and the
Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit. The consensus of the Village Board was to accept the revised
agreement and approve it at the November 19 Village Board meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 6:17 p.m.
