Pursuant to a drily made and approved motion and a majority vote ata regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on December 17, 2013, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Board was advised that despite state legislation allowing medical marijuana, the
Village will maintain a substance free work place due to the acceptance of federal grants. The
consensus of the Village Board was to direct staff to review the legislation and provide a
recommendation on any zoning changes that may be necessary.
