Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on December 17, 2013, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Board was advised that Myles Greenberg announced his retirement and that he will be
taking a position at Harper College. The consensus of the Village Board was to authorize an
additional Police Officer in addition to the three (3) Officers who will be sent to the Academy.
The meeting adjourned at 6:41 p.m.
