JPZ COMMITTEE MEETING

2750 Toully Avenue Petition for Resubdivision
The Committee discussed the petition by Bubba Acquisitions, LLC to resubdivide the property at
2750 Touhy Avenue. The purpose of the subdivision is to consolidate four (4) separate lots and a
vacated alley into one (1) lot for the development of a Dunkin Donuts restaurant. Staff
recommended approval oEthe petition.
The Committee noted that the Plan Commission previously approved a rezoning of the property at
2750 Touhy from I-1 to B-3 for the purpose of operating a drive-through at the proposed Dunkin
Donuts.
The consensus of the Committee was to recommend the approval of the petition.
The meeting adjourned at 4:50 p.m.
