HELD ON MARCH 18TH 2019
Approval of Minutes
Review of Minutes from February 25th 2019. – The Minutes were approved.
Invoices for Approval
Invoice from Alan Friedman for psych testing of 6 Police Candidates dated March 11, 2019 in
the amount of $3,948.94
All invoices were approved.
Correspondence
None
Old Business
1. Police Department Updates – The Police were making arrangements for the new officers to
take the Power Test and enter into the academy. There were 5 officers who passed the
process and taking the Power Test.
2. Fire Department Updates - None
New Business
1. Amy Eitapence of IO Solutions will present on Fire Entry test. – The commissioners and
Fire Chief met with IO Solutions to review pricing and test dates for the Fire Entry Exam.
IO solutions was officially approved to administer the exam and testing process. The Fire
Exam was set for a Tentative date of August 18th, pending approval from District 214.
Eligibility List
1. Firefighter Eligibility List will expire on 09/15/2019.
2. Fire Lieutenant Eligibility list scheduled to expire on 02/27/2020.
3. Police Officer Eligibility list Expires 02/21/2019
4. Police Sergeant Eligibility list scheduled to expire on 07/08/2021.
Adjournment
It was moved by Commissioner Scholten and seconded Commissioner Kontek that the meeting
be adjourned. Meeting adjourned 2:54pm.
