to consider review of Land Acquisition/Disposition matter.

Land Acquisition/Disposition
Representatives of the Tollway met with the Village to discuss swapping right of first refusal for
the Elk Grove Township property on Arlington Heights Road in exchange for the Lake LGK
property. The Tollway is receptive to the land swap, but wants to appraise the Lake LGK
property before continuing the discussion
The meeting was adjourned at 3:45 p.m.
