Trustee Petri moved to enter into Executive Session. Trustee Franke seconded the motion. Upon
voting (Petri, Feichter, Prochno, Franke AYES), the motion carried.

The Mayor requested that the Board hold its recognition ceremony for Nanci Vanderweel on
September 12 at 6:30 p.m. in the upstairs rotunda. It was the consensus of the Village Board to
hold the ceremony on September 12 at 6:30 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
