2017, this Executive Session was
called to consider review a Personnel matter.

The Police Chief has given the Village Manager a recommendation regarding the Community
Service Coordinator, and the Village Manager is going to review the recommendation to make
sure it addresses all of the concerns of the Board. The recommendation will be discussed at the
following meeting. The Board discussed a recent issue regarding a person who needed assistance
and said he was not directed to any resources when he called the Police Department. Staff is
going to look into this matter and determine what happened when this call came in.
