Zoning Variation — Docket #19-3 601 Delaware Lane
Chairman Childress called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm and read a statement describing the
hearing notification procedure as well as the legal notice.
The petitioners Brigitte and James Putman, (Owners of Record), were sworn in and asked to state
their case for requesting a zoning variation.
The petitioner explained their hardship is that if the fence were installed per Ordinance, it would
cross through their existing deck and require the deck to be partially removed. The fence is a
direct replacement of an old wooden fence in the same location.
Mr. Childress opened the meeting to questions from the board.
No comments or questions were made from ZBA members present.
Mr. Childress opened the meeting to questions from the public.
Tony and Lori Patricelli, 555 Newberry Drive, had no objections to the proposed variation
request.
A motion to DO GRANT the variation was made by Mr. Bookler and was seconded by Mr.
Bacigalupo.
Upon voting (AYES — Bacigalupo, Bookler, Childress, Colgan, and Serrano.) (NAYES-
None.)
The motion carried.
Mr. Childress advised the petitioner to contact the Village Clerk and attend the subsequent
Village Board Meeting. The meeting adjourned at 7:38 p.m.
