AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUILDING ACTIVITY CODE OF THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY DELETING SUBSECTION G OF SECTION 8-3A-5
ENTITLED "STRUCTURES EXISTING ON DATE OF ADOPTION OF CHAPTER;
STRUCTURES MOVED INTO THE VILLAGE"
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: Subsection G of Section 8-3A-5 entitled "Structures Existing on Date of
Adoption of Chapter; Structures Moved Into the Village" of Chapter 3 entitled 'Building
Activity Code" of Title 8 entitled "Engineering, Building, and Community Development" of
the Village Code of Ordinances, is hereby deleted.
Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance are hereby repealed insofar as they conflict herewith.
Section 3: The Village Clerk is authorized to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication according to law.
