Jablonski, Assistant Village Manager/Dir. of Communications R. Raphael, Engineering Supervisor, Community Development Guests: None 901 Chase Avenue The Committee discussed the petition by Duke Realty to resubdivide the property at 901 Chase Avenue. The purpose of the subdivision is to consolidate the three (3) existing lots into one (1) lot in order to redevelop the site and construct a 154,000 square foot industrial facility. The consensus of the Committee was to recommend the approval of the petition. One -Lot Resubdivision Process The Committee discussed the current one -lot resubdivision process for commercial and industrial properties. M. Jablonski stated that one -lot subdivisions are required to be approved by the Village Board, based on a recommendation of Village Staff. Currently, the JPZ Committee meets to review the recommendation of staff and make their own recommendation to the Village Board. The meeting of the JPZ Committee is not required by code. The consensus of the Committee was that the staff recommendation on one -lot resubdivisions for commercial and industrial properties is sufficient and can go directly to the Village Board for approval. M. Jablonski stated that she would update Village processes accordingly.
