DevonRESOLUTION NO.5-20 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF EASEMENT GRANT FOR EMERGENCY ACCESS BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE AND THE OWNERS OF RECORD FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 500-586 E. DEVON AVENUE (ELK GROVE LLC AND EG RETAIL, LLC) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois as follows: Section 1: That approval is hereby given the Plat of Easement Grant for emergency access of Village equipment, vehicles, and personnel from the Public Works Facility located at 450 E. Devon Avenue to Tonne Road, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section 2: That the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said Plat for and in the name of the Village and attach thereto the corporate seal. Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to record a copy of said Plat with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois. Section 4: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTE: AYES: 4 NAYS:0 ABSENT: 2 PASSED this 28 day of January 2020.
