Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 9, 2018, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Land Acquisition/Disposition.

The Park District has extended the expiration date for the offer for the entire property at 711
Chelmsford, and as part of this offer have guaranteed to keep the Elk Grove Township daycare
facility open until at least January 1, 2020. The Park District has also agreed they would give 6
months notice when they want the daycare to vacate the property.
The consensus of the Board was to move forward with selling the entire property to the Park
District.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:33 p.m.
