Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 9, 2018, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Land Acquisition/Disposition.

The developer of 751 Meacham has agreed to make the changes the Village desired with regard
to the orientation of the townhomes and turning the property on Home Avenue into two single-
family homes instead of townhomes. Additionally, he has requested to develop the property the
Village owns on West Glenn Trail into a single family home. He has agreed to pay to move the
Village's water main (estimated at $24,000) in order to develop the property. If it's not
necessary to move the water main, the developer would be asked to pay the value of that estimate
to the Village for the property. The consensus of the Board was to moved forward with this plan.
