of the Village President and Board of Trustees on February 13, 2018, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Personnel.

Scott Saxe was proposed as a new member of the Youth Committee. He would be added as an
additional member, not as a replacement. The consensus of the Board was to approve this
appointment and the addition of a member to the Youth Committee. The Village Attorney will
prepare the necessary ordinance.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:01 p.m.
