Trustee Lissner moved to enter into executive session, seconded by Trustee Prochno. The
motion was approved unanimously. Voice Vote 5-0. Motion Carried.

Trustee Franke moved to approve the minutes of executive session for January 9, 2018 and
February 13, 2018, seconded by Trustee Petri. The motion passed.
