of the Village President and Board of Trustees on February 27, 2018, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Land Acquisition.

The Village made an offer of $3.75 million for the Elk Grove Motel property. The owners
declined to respond to the offer because they considered it too low. The consensus of the Board
was to wait to see if the owners lower their asking price.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:27 p.m.
