Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 20, 2018, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Personnel.

There was discussion about the transition following the retirement of the Community Nurse.
Battalion Chief Michael Sharp is currently designated as the primary point of contact for seniors
in the community or for anyone having need for services preciously covered by the Community
Nurse. There was discussion about whether seniors are receiving the same level of service from
the Village as they did previously.
The Fire Department has created a brochure to help inform seniors in the community of the
services that are available to them. There was a discussion that seniors don't know who the point
of contact is and need to be familiar with who is assisting and directing them to resources. At the
next executive session the Fire Chief will be invited to discuss this matter.
