Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 27, 2018, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Personnel.

District 54 has requested a School Resource Officer for their elementary schools. School
Resource Officers are provided by the Village, with the requesting School District responsible
for 9 months of their salary and the Village responsible for the remaining 3 months. There was
discussion that schools in District 59 could also be interested in adding a School Resource
Officer.
The consensus of the Board was to cooperate with District 54 to provide a School Resource
Officer and to reach out to District 59 to see if they would be interested in a School Resource
Officer as well.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:36 p.m.
