Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 27, 2018, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Personnel.

The Village will offer a new High deductible PPO for retirees starting July 1, 2018. The new
high deductible plan will have a $3,000 deductible, up from $1,700 with the current high
deductible plan. The plan will be offered to retirees effective July 1, but employees will have to
wait for open enrollment the following year in order to participate.
