FEICHTER Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 10, 2018, this Executive Session was called to consider review of Personnel. Number of pages attached: 1 Date(s) of review for release: November 2018 Date of approval for release: Date approved by Village Board: May 8, 2018 April 10, 2018 6:05 p.m. The Village has offered to partner with School District 59 on a School Resource Officer (SRO), but they have indicated they will likely not request an SRO. District 54 wants to proceed with an SRO at Meade School. In order to accommodate this new position and other pending retirements, the Village will need six new police officers for the next academy. The consensus of the Board was to hire six new police officers for the next academy. The meeting was adjourned at 6:06 p.m.
