of the Village President and Board of Trustees on May 22, 2018, this Executive Session was called
to consider review of Personnel.

With Wilkie Escondo's retirement, the Fire Department does not have staff to perform fire code
reviews and inspections. The Fire Department would like to bring on HR Green to cover these
functions over the summer in the busy construction season. The consensus of the Board was to
move forward with engaging HR Green for these functions.
