Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on June 19, 2018, this Executive Session was called
to consider review of Litigation.

Jeff Snyder came in to meet with the Mayor regarding the illegal alterations of the concrete patio
in his side yard, and parking a boat on the patio. He admitted that he had been parking his boat
on it for some time, and that his original intention was to use the concrete pad as a space to store
his boat. He was permitted to keep a concrete pad under his shed, along with a pad for putting
garbage and recycling cans, as well as a 3-foot sidewalk along the house leading to the back
patio. Jeff was advised he had until June 30 to complete the removal and has been in touch with
inspectors from the Department of Community Development.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
