Myles Greenberg, Secretary Y � 20pQ OFFICE 108 The meeting was. called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Vice President Lancaster. Present were Garr, Greenberg, Hilda Ingebrigtsen, and Mary Tomanek of Salamon Smith-Barney. The minutes -of the last meeting, January 11, 2000 were read. Motion made by Garr, seconded ,by Lancaster, to accept the minutes. Motion carried. Hilda Ingebrigtsen presented Treasurers report which included balance sheet dated .February 290 20( and disbursement register. Motion made by lancaster, seconded by Garr, to accept Treasurers report. Motion carried. Old Business None. New Business only one. beneficiary member of the Fund was interested in being elected to the Board for the election of one beneficiary member. Therefore, no a °ec .;bin tail be nedaasary for the beneficiary and Bill Lancaster will be lan appointed by acctat :on' on' May 09, 2000. The Board received- a copy of the letters to the four newly hired officers, Thomas LaPak, Thomas Krejczyk, Richard Meyers, and James Chmelik, indicating they are hired on April 03., 2000.. The Board also received an application to enter the Fund from each of the newly hired officers. Motion made by Garr, seconded by Lancaster, to accept all.four officers into the Fund. Motion carried. Mary Tomanek presented an updated report on the status of the Fund's investments. The next Board meeting was to be held on April 17, 2000, for the purpose of counting the ballots for both the beneficiary election and the active member election As previously indicated, there will be no beneficiary election. Thus, the "April 17, 2000 meeting is tentative, and all Board members will be. notified via telephone if there will.be an election on April 17, 2000. Lancaster declared there will be a Board meeting on May 09, 2000, for the purposes of electing officers of the Board. A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Garr, seconded by Greenberg.
