Minutes of .the regular meeting scheduled for
17 January 84 at the trustees conference
room, 901 Wellington, Elk Grove, Il.

The meeting was called to order by President Fagerson with
all members answering present except Mr. Coney. Ms. Ingebrigtsen
in attendance representing Coney.
A motion to accept the minutes was made by Diemer with a
second by Scharpenter and carried.
A motion to accept the treasurers report was made by Krzywicki
with a second by Diemer and carried. Additionally an approval
was given to invest $250,000.00 in the best available short
term C.D. from present available cash.
There was some discussion on the upcoming election of two
trustee positions (secretary and vice-president) and Scharpenter
has been appointed to set up and handle the election. Also,
ballotts for the retirees have to be made up and sent to them
for their votes on their representative. Krzywicki will make
the arrangements for this.
Disbursements are approved for the following officers who have
resigned their positions from the Police Department.

Timothy Young----- ----$3,068.01
Motion by Krzywicki to accept with a second by Scharpenter and
carried.
With no further business to conduct a motion to adjourn was made
by Krzywicki with a second by Diemer and carried.
The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 24April 84.
