REGULAR VILLAGE BOARD MEETING
JUNE 22, 2020
1. CALL TO ORDER - 9:36 A.M.
PRESENT: Mayor Craig B. Johnson, Trustees Nancy J. Czarnik, Patton L. Feichter,
Jeffrey C. Franke, Sam L. Lissner, Christine K. Prochno and Stephen F. Schmidt
ABSENT: None.
A Quorum was present.
Also Present: Village Manager Raymond R. Rummel, Village Attorney George B. Knickerbocker,
Deputy Village Clerk Jennifer S. Mahon
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
3. REGULAR AGENDA -
a. Authorization of staff to negotiate and execute, subject to ratification of the Board of
Trustees at a subsequent Village Board Meeting, a marketing agreement for
professional services with PCG-SDM Holdings, LLC doing business as 417ront to be
paid from the Busse -Elmhurst TIF Fund.
Mayor asked if there were any questions from the Board.
Motion to approve Regular Agenda item a.
Moved by Trustee Czarnik Seconded by Trustee Feichter
