A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE
DIRECTOR OF THE SUBURBAN O'HARE COMMISSION FOR THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE (SOC)
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village has passed Resolution 13-81, which Resolution approved the
Intergovernmental Agreement for the Suburban O'Hare Commission, and
WHEREAS, Section Five of the Intergovernmental Agreement for the
Suburban O'Hare Commission requires the Commission will be administered by a
Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall consist of the Mayor, or other
designated representative as designated from time to time by the corporate
authorities of each party.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois:
Section 1: That the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk
Grove Village hereby designates and appoints Craig B. Johnson, as its Director
on the Board of Directors of the Suburban O'Hare Commission and Samuel L.
Lissner as its Alternate Director, for a term beginning May 1, 2003.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner
provided by law.
VOTE. AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT. 0
