AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE. SECTION 8-12B-1-2-M.c. TREES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DUPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 8 -12B -1-2-M Trees, paragraph c., The
following trees are acceptable to the Village for such planting: of the
Village Code be and the same is hereby amended by deleting therefrom,
Shawnee Brave Cypress
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
VOTE: AYE: 6 NAY: p ABSENT: 0
