AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1-7-5 POSITION CLASSIFICATION
AND SALARY PLANS OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE (PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT)
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village is a Home Rule
Municipality as authorized and set forth in the Constitution of the
State of Illinois and as such, authorized to enact certain legislation
pertaining to its local government affairs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois, in exercise of its Herne Rule authority as follows:
Section 1: That the Position Classification and Salary Plan, as
referenced in Title 1, Chapter 7, Section 1-7-5 of the Village Code be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
