AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3-6:D.1 AND
THE BULK REGULATIONS OF SECTION 7-1 AS SAME PERTAIN TO
REQUIRED REAR YARDS TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN
ADDITION TO THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE THAT WOULD ENCROACH
EIGHT (8') FEET INTO THE TWENTY (20') FOOT MINIMUM REQUIRED
REAR YARD ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 801 BEISNER ROAD,
ELK GROVE VILLAGE (ELK GROVE BAPTIST CHURCH)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public hearing duly
called and held according to law considered the question of grant-
ing a variation of Section 3-6:D.1 and the Bulk Regulations of Sec-
tion 7-1 as same pertain to structures in the required rear yard
to permit the construction of an addition which would encroach
eight (8') feet into the twenty (20') foot minimum required rear
yard on property located at 801 Beisner Road, Elk Grove Village
and legally described hereinafter;
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees after having re-
viewed the recommendation and findings of said Zoning Board of Ap-
peals find and believe that sufficient hardships exist so as to
justify the granting of said variation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 3-6:D.1
and the Bulk Regulations of Section 7-1 of the Zoning Ordinance of
the Village of Elk Grove Village to permit the construction of an
addition to the principal structure that would encroach eight (8')
feet into the twenty (20') foot minimum required rear yard on pro-
perty located at 801 Beisner Road, Elk Grove Village and legally
described as follows:
Lot 315 in Elk Grove Estates Townhome Condominium Parcel
"C" Subdivision being a Subdivision of part of the South-
west Quarter of Section 29 and part of the Northwest Quar-
ter of Section 32, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of
the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
fect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
