AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SPECIAL LOCATION PARKING PLAN
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 924 BUSSE ROAD AND 930 BUSSE ROAD
(OFFICE DEPOT)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has reviewed an application for a
Special Location Parking Plan for property located at 924 Busse Road
and 930 Busse Road, Elk Grove Village; and
WHEREAS, THE President and Board of Trustees after having reviewed
the findings and recammndation of said Plan Commission find and
believe it to be in the best interest of the Village to approve the
Special Location Parking Plan as requested by Office Depot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the Special Location Parking Plan, which Plan is
on file in the Office of the Village Clerk, and which building located
on property located at 924 Busse Road will utilize the entirety of the
property presently identified as 930 Busse Road for parking in
accordance with Section 4-3-B-3 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Elk Grove Village.
Section 2: That the approval of the Special Location Parking Plan
is conditioned upon the execution of a thirty (30) year ground lease
for the subject properties, which ground lease shall prohibit any
improvements on the property currently identified as 930 Busse Road
while said property is being utilized to provide sufficient parking for
the property located at 924 Busse Road.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
