AN ORDINANCE RENEWING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO MASTER MOTORS, INC.
ORIGINALLY APPROVED BY ORDINANCE NO. 2377, TO PERMIT AN AUTOMOTIVE
REPAIR FACILITY IN AN I-1 INDUSTRIAL ZONED DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 1280 HOWARD STREET, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village at a regularly held meeting on June 28, 1994 after
having considered the finding and reccnuiendation of the Plan Ccnudssion
approved Ordinance No. 2377 granting a Special Use Permit to Master
Motors Inc. subject to certain conditions and with a termination date
of June 28, 1996; and
WHEREAS, Master Motors, Inc. has abided by the conditions as
specified in Ordinance No. 2377.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1. That the Special Use Permit be renewed to Master
Motors Inc, to permit an automobile repair facility in an I-1
Industrial Zoned District for property located at 1280 Howard Street,
Elk Grove Village.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
fran and after its passage and approval according to law.
