AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 3-3-7,
NURMER OF LICENSES OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY DECREASING THE NLMBER OF CLASS "A"
LIQUOR LICENSES (ESQUIRE AND RENAISSANCE)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Chapter 3, Section 3-3-7, Number of Licenses of
the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village, as it pertains to
Class "A" Liquor Licenses be amended as follows:
Class "A" Liquor Licenses be decreased
from twenty-nine (29) to twenty-seven (27).
Section 2: The Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this
Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
frcan and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
