HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2499 - 6/25/1996 - ZONING VARIATION/BIESTERFIELD/WELLINGTONORDINANCE NO. 2499 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING CERTAIN VARIATIONS TO THE BOSTON MARKET COMPANY WITH RESPECT TO PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF BIESTERFIELD ROAD EAST OF WELLINGTON AVENUE THEREBY REDUCING THE NUMBER OF REQUIRED PARKING SPACES AND THE NUMBER OF REQUIRED STACKING SPACES WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public hearing duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section 4-3-1B of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village pertaining to the number of stacking spaces required as well as a variation of the required parking spaces on property generally located on the North side of Biesterfield Road East of Wellington Avenue; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees after having considered the recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe it to be in the best interest of the Village to grant said variations as requested. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of various park- ing regulations of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village to permit a reduction in the number of required parking spaces from fifty (50) to forty-two (42) and a reduction in the number of required stack- ing spaces from twelve (12) to ten (10) for the drive-thru restau- rant facility located on Outlot 1 of property located on the North side of Biesterfield Road East of Wellington Avenue (Boston Market - Einstein Bagel). Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
