AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 8-4-3-2G
MONUMENT SIGNS OF THE VILLAGE CODE TO PERMIT A
MONUNffNT SIGN ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 100 BIESTERFIELD
ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (GULLO/BUTERA SHOPPING CENTER)
BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DUPage, State of
Illinois as follows:
Section 1. That there be granted a variation of Section 8-4-3-2G,
Monument Signs, of the Village Code to permit a monument sign with a
sign area of fifty-one (51) square feet on property located at 100
Biesterfield Road, Elk Grove Village; provided that said sign shall not
exceed six (6) feet in height and the sign shroud shall be constructed
with brick in accordance with the attached plan dated July 25 on file
in the Village Clerk's office.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
