HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2509 - 9/10/1996 - ZONING VARIATION/415 NEWBERRY DRORDINANCE NO. 2509 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3-6:D.2 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO PERMITTED LOCATIONS FOR DETACHED ACCESSORY STRUCTURES TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SHED ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 415 NEWBERRY DRIVE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (FIOR) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public hearing duly held according to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section 3-6:1).2 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a shed that would encroach approximately twelve (12') feet into the required sixty (60') foot front yard on property located at 415 Newberry Drive and legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendation and finding of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 3-6:13.2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village as it pertains to the location of structures in the required sixty (60') foot front yard to permit the construction of a shed that would encroach approximately twelve (12') feet into the required front yard on property located at 415 Newberry Drive, and legally described as follows: Lot 28 in Winston Grove Section 23B, being a Resubdivision of Part of Section 26, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
