AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4, SEC'T'ION 6-4-5-3A,
NO PARKING STREETS AND AREAS (ARMSTRONG LANE - HODLMAIR)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-3A, No Parking Streets and Areas, of
the Elk Grove Village Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Armstrong Lane, west side, between the south property
line of 1405 Armstrong and the corner at Hodlmair.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
