AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, SECTION 6-4-5-3,
PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED AREAS (GRFEME.AF AVENUE)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-3, Prohibited and Restricted Areas,
of the Village Code pertaining to Greenleaf Avenue (second paragraph) be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Greenleaf Avenue
Both sides, for a distance of six hundred twenty
nine feet (629') west of its intersection with
Busse Road, also known as Illinois State Route 83.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
