AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 7A-1:B.3.b. OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT THE INSTALLATION OF A SOLID FENCE TO
BE LOCATED TEN (10') FEET FROM THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE TO A POINT
TEN (10') FEET BACK FROM THE FRONT CORNER OF THE HOUSE ON
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 700 BLUEJAY CIRCLE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
(LOIACONO)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting duly called and held ac-
cording to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section 7A-1:B.3.b. of the Zon-
ing Ordinance to permit the construction of a six (6) foot high privacy fence on property located
at 700 Bluejay Circle, Elk Grove Village and legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
after considering the recommendation and finding of said Zoning Board of Appeals, find and be-
lieve that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said variation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 7A-1:B.3.b. of the Zoning Ordi-
nance to permit the installation of a six (6') foot privacy fence to be located ten (10') feet from the
side property line between the rear property line and the rear of the garage on property located at
700 Bluejay Circle, Elk Grove Village and legally described as follows:
Lot 27 in Stape's Subdivision, being a Subdivision of part of the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 35, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
in Cook County, Illinois
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
