AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.4703
AS IT PERTAINS TO THE REQUIREMENT OF
FINGERPRINTING APPLICANTS FOR A
SOLICTOR'S LICENSE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page,
Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 18.4703, Application for Certificate
of Registration, be and the same is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following paragraph:
"The Village Clerk shall require every applicant
to submit to fingerprinting by the Police Department
of this muncipality in connection with the Application
for Certificate."
Section 2: That all other provisions and conditions of
Section 18.4703 shall be in full force and effect.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
