AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 14, SECTION 14.205 YIELD RIGHT
OF WAY INTERSECTIONS, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustee of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1. That Section 14.205, Yield Right of Way Intersections,
of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village which sets
forth that traffic on roadways designated in Column A below must yield
the right of way to traffic approaching, entering, or within the inter-
section of said roadways with the roadways designated in Column B below,
be and the same and is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Column A Column B
Wood Trail at Kathleen Way
Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions
of this Ordinance shall be fined not less than Ten ($10.00) Dollars nor
more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each offense.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
