AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1180,
WHICH ORDINANCE GRANTED A SPECIAL USE FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MOTOR LODGE, RESTAU-
RANT, LOUNGE AND BANQUET AND MEETING ROOMS
TO THE MIDWAY MOTOR LODGE BY PERMITTING
STORM WATER RETENTION TO BE LOCATED ON THE
SITE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That paragraph 12 of Section 1 of Ordinance no. 1180
duly passed and approved by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village on October 11, 1977 which paragraph
provided for off-site storm water retention, be and the same is here-
by amended to read as follows:
12. All storm water retention of the subject property
shall be approved by the Village Engineers prior
to construction.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
