AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 12 DEALERS
IN ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR OF CIiAPTER 18 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK
GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Subparagraph D, Minors -Sale To, of Section
18-1205, Restrictions of the Municipal Code of the Village of
Elk Grove Village be and is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
Paragraph 3, which paragraph makes it unlawful for a licensee
to permit any minor to remain on the licensed premises, and by
renumbering the remaining paragraphs 4, 5, and 6 to paragraphs
3, 4, and 5 respectively.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk be and is hereby directed
to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
