AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.205, YIELD
RIGHT-OF-WAY INTERSECTIONS, OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section l: That Section 14.205, Yield Right -of -Way Intersections,
which Section requires the traffic on roadways designated in Column A
to yield the right-of-way to traffic approaching, entering or within the
intersection of said roadways with the roadways designated in Column B,
be the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following yield
intersection:
Column A Column B
Southbound Milbeck Avenue at Keswick Road
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than
Ten ($10.00) Dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each
offense.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
