AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.203 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as
follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.203, 3 -way and 4 -way stop intersections, of
the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village, be amended by adding
thereto the following:
B. Lively Boulevard and
5. Landmeier Road
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions
of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than Ten ($10.00) Dollars
nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each offense.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
