AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.511-B, RESTRICTIONS
AND PROHIBITIONS ON PARKING IN THE INDUSTRIAL AREA,
IN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.511, Paragraph B, Restrictions and
Prohibitions on Parking in the Industrial Area in Elk Grove Village, be
and the same is hereby amended by deleting American Lane from Section
14.511, Paragraph B, Item No. 3; and adding American Lane to Section
14.511, Paragraph B, Item No. 4.
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than
Ten ($10.00) Dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each
offense.
Section 3: That the Chief of Police or his designated agent is hereby
authorized to post the above designated street to prohibit parking as
provided for herein.
Section 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval and publication according to law.
